The Food Pack Delivery program is a partnership between Valley Outreach, White Bear Lake Food Shelf, and Open Cupboard to help provide food to those in need. Together, we have partnered with DoorDash and their Project Dash program to help provide deliveries Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to those in Washington and Ramsey County.
This program is designed to replace coming to our Drive-Up Food Service, so you can request food each week.
If you are not able to come to our food shelf due to health concerns, weather, or transportation barriers, you can request a delivery of food. You can select a preference for when your food will be delivered

How it works
Complete the form below with your information and dietary requests. You do not need to provide any documentation. Please note: you must be a resident of Washington or Ramsey County in order to receive a delivery.
On the day you selected to receive a delivery, your food will arrive sometime during your delivery window. Because we are partners with DoorDash, you will receive a text with information allowing you to track exactly when your delivery will arrive.
You can request a food delivery by clicking on the button below.
What do I receive in a delivery?
In a delivery you can expect a combination of the following: fresh produce, meat, bakery items, hygiene/cleaning items, milk, dairy items, and dry goods. Be sure to note any allergies or dietary restrictions when filling out your delivery form.
Are you in Landfall or Cimarron?
Open Cupboard provides a mobile food shelf with a delivery option in your community. You can learn more about our mobile food shelf here.
